Privacy Policy
Last updated: 15 October 2026
This policy explains how Toyota Center Tbilisi handles personal information connected with this website and enquiries made to the dealership. Separate documents may apply when you buy a vehicle, arrange finance or insurance, or receive workshop services.
1. Who to contact
For questions about your information or to exercise your rights, contact Toyota Center Tbilisi at David Agmashenebeli Alley 116, Tbilisi, Georgia; telephone +995 32 252 20 22; email [email protected].
2. Information involved
Enquiries: your name, email address, optional phone number and information you choose to provide about a vehicle, service or request.
Newsletter subscriptions: the email address you submit and the associated subscription record.
Website operation: session information, IP address, browser information, activity timestamps and browser storage used to operate and protect the site.
Correspondence: the information you send us by email or provide when discussing your request.
Required fields are marked on the relevant form. Without the required contact information, we may be unable to process the request or respond. Please do not send payment-card details, identity-document copies or sensitive information through a general website enquiry.
3. Why information is used
We use enquiry information to answer you, discuss vehicles or services and take steps you request before a possible transaction. The appropriate ground is handling your request or taking requested steps towards a contract. We use technical and session information for the legitimate interests of maintaining a functioning, secure website and preventing misuse, taking account of your rights. Records may also be processed where necessary to meet a legal obligation or establish, exercise or defend a legal claim.
Direct marketing requires your consent. An enquiry is not automatically a newsletter subscription. You may withdraw marketing consent, free of charge, by emailing us with the address or number concerned. Withdrawal does not affect earlier lawful processing. We will stop processing for direct marketing as soon as reasonably possible and no later than seven working days after receiving your withdrawal.
4. Access and recipients
Information is handled by staff responsible for your request and, where necessary, providers supporting website hosting, maintenance and email delivery. Information may also be disclosed to competent authorities where legally required, or where necessary for a legal claim. We do not publish website enquiry or subscriber records as public website content.
External maps, scheduling tools and social platforms operate under their own privacy notices. When embedded third-party content loads, its provider can receive connection information such as your IP address and browser details and may process information in other countries. See the Cookie Policy for the relevant services. Contact us for information about recipients, transfers and safeguards applicable to your particular request.
5. Retention and security
The retention period depends on the purpose: the time needed to deal with an enquiry and related follow-up; an ongoing customer relationship; applicable record-keeping duties; and the need to resolve a complaint or legal claim. Newsletter details are retained while the subscription remains relevant, subject to withdrawal and any limited record needed to respect that withdrawal. We delete or anonymise data once no lawful purpose requires retention. Cookie and browser-storage durations are described separately in the Cookie Policy.
Access controls and technical measures help protect information against unauthorised access, loss and misuse. No website, email service or transmission method can guarantee absolute security.
6. Your rights
Subject to the conditions and exceptions in Georgian law, you may request information about processing, access and a copy of your data, correction, deletion or termination of processing, blocking, and portability where applicable. You may withdraw consent and raise an objection or concern about the use of your information. Website enquiries are not used to make solely automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.
Send a request to [email protected], explaining which information or interaction it concerns. We may need proportionate information to verify that the request relates to you. You may also complain to the State Audit Office of Georgia, the personal data protection supervisory authority, or seek a remedy through the courts.
7. Updates
We will update this notice when website functions or processing arrangements change and show the revision date above. For rules on website use, see the Terms and Conditions.
